Exams – The Right Notes

Exams – the note through which we mark the end of a year [semester] and often end up playing the wrong note with a completely oblivious crescendo. The big music symphony carefully marked with its superb crescendos and minuendos, through the strong forte after the first series, and the gusto after the second series are all overshadowed by the finshing note – often the wrong one as I mentioned before! Why do we always keep the things to the last minute is a question that I have asked myself often [previous day/ dayof the xam ofcourse]. Is it a way of life that we have to just accept or can we consciously change – and if at all we take the pain, what are the gains? Are the gains worth the effort to hold that finishin note a little longer to add to the effect? And if at all what effect???
