It all added up to a massive recharge. I built Omarchy for myself, but sharing it makes it mean so much more. Seeing others enthusiastically embrace it as a starting point for their own Linux adventure is a real boost to the motivation needed to keep making it better. Because thereโ€™s always more to do: more systems to cover with perfect compatibility, more corners to polish.

So thatโ€™s what weโ€™re going to do, together. Make this distro reach more kindred spirits. Entice those who would love a bespoke, kintsugi system, but donโ€™t know where to start. Itโ€™s never going to be for everyone, but thatโ€™s also why it works as a beacon for those who choose to share the quest.

I disagree with DHH on many things. However, we do share a love for computers even though currently we choose different platforms. And for all the hate that Omarchy gets, itโ€™s doing some great things for the year of the Linux desktop.
