I’m tired of talking to AI.
I want to talk to real people.
But even when I talk to people, they forward my questions to AI and send me the AI’s answer.

There’s the intelligence frontier. Then there’s the chatbot answer. Those two are very different things and consumer sentiment is a wild beast that might at best have temporarily aligned motivations.
