TikTok: a clip, a trick, a trend.
The next swipe’s better. No end.

Threads: a thought, a take
Another stranger walking on a rake

**Pause. Take a breath. Create.**

Twitter: pick a side. Claim you're right.
Keep going right into the night.

**Pause. Take a breath. Create.**

The algorithm: click and stay.
Your own ideas wait all day.

**Pause. Take a breath. Create.**

Not everything you notice needs your attention.
Not every thought needs a follow.

A thought needn't have likes.
A notification ping shouldn't be a command. 

So...

Write a sentence. Sketch a shape.
Play a chord. Don a cape.

Make something small.
Make something imperfect.
Make something nobody need see.

It needn't be content.
It needn't become a career.
It needn't be the side hustle or FIRE.

This isn’t a demand to do more.
It’s a reminder to decide.

The same phone holds an endless feed
and the first sentence of something _only you could type_.

Make the device serve the idea.
Not the other way around.
