I love rss. Until Aug 17, 2025, I used netnewswire with icloud syncing to read all the rss feeds that I've been collecting and curating since 2002. On Aug 17, 2025, I decided to try self hosting my rss feed parser using miniflux. It's a neat little open source, fully free service that can be hosted on docker.

It also supports adding your own css so you can make it look the way you want. I created a light and dark theme for it based on material 3 expressive.
