• Mirror the rule into ~/.agents/AGENTS.md.
• Mirror the rule into ~/.agents/GEMINI.md.
• Leave obsidian-cli/SKILL.md unchanged.
• Sanity-check the edited docs for consistency and no duplicate wording drift.
